Sangskrit Language Sanskrit is a classical language of South Asia belonging to the Indo- Aryan branch of the Indo-European languages. It was the lingua franca of the Indian subcontinent and South and South East Asia for centuries during the classical era. We know Sanskrit is the mother of all Indian language.
